BOSTON -- Actress Elisabeth Shue and actor Thomas Haden Church are in the Bay State to film the new movie "Don McKay," the Eagle Tribune reported.

This week, film crews set up shop at Andover's Letourneau's Pharmacy to shoot scenes for the movie, which is about a high school janitor who returns to his home town.

Crews have also shot scenes at a restaurant in town and at Lawrence High School.

Several other films have been shot recently in the Merrimack Valley, including "The Surrogates," "This Side of the Truth," and "The Box."
