On any given night, Boston is alive with a world class mix of theater, music, dance and art shows. But now some venues are in danger of going dark forever. Today's weak economy forced the Boston Ballet to lay off several dancers, and smaller cultural organizations say they could shut down completely. Tonight, Chronicle reports on a crisis in the creative community.
